There's no secret to the success of Diesel Power Challenge. The formula is simple really-it's all in who you invite. And we're extremely lucky, because the diesel community is full of exceptional people, manufacturers, and competitors that above everything else-love the power of diesel.

Bringing so much talent together for three days is the highlight of our year, and the reader response to the event is overwhelming. Sure, we put a lot of work into the Diesel Power Challenge, but we couldn't do it without our loyal readership and sponsors. You're the ones who really make the Diesel Power Challenge possible, and we can't thank you enough.

We'd also like to extend a personal thank you to the hundreds of readers who submitted their trucks for consideration. You have some very impressive diesels, and we're sorry we couldn't invite you all to this year's event. Please send in your entry forms again for next year's challenge-we'd love to see your latest modifications.

To the competitors who came to Bowling Green, Kentucky-we've never had a more competitive group. Thank you for sharing all of your hard work with us and the readers of Diesel Power. You guys are the heroes, and we were honored to be in your presence. We can't believe how fast the event goes by. It seems like we barely get a chance to meet before we all have to go our separate ways, and we miss you already.

And to Dennis and Sheila Perry who've always been so gracious to my staff and me-thank you for sharing your hometown, facilities, and precious time with us. You are great friends to us all, and the diesel community owes you an enormous debt.

On behalf of the Diesel Power staff, our publisher Steve VonSeggern, events coordinator Eddy Cebreco, and our sponsors: 4Wheel Parts, Airaid, Amsoil, Diesel Gear, Industrial Injection, Nitto, and TS Performance-thank you again.

We'll see you all next year at Diesel Power Challenge 2010!
