Mike Parks from Off Road Unlimited bolted the roof rack together. For ease of shipping, it came in three separate pieces.

The mounts were bolted on to the rack so it could be mocked up for installation.

Masking tape was used on the roof mounts so the rack could be adjusted without scratching the paint.
